Bank transfer deposits may take five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during standard banking hours. we999 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank, mobile network operator, or payment service provider.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting we999 support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's primary withdrawal method following satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon Account closure, whether voluntary or enforced.
Following Account closure, we999 retains transaction records and Account data for such periods as required by our gaming licence obligations and applicable law, which may be up to five (5) years.
